The office center of the boutique hotel Historical Quarter is located in the house No. 17 on Gorky Street, known as the estate of the philistine Grigory Petrovich Nekrasov.

The mansion is a large two-story log cabin, the oldest estate from the ensemble of wooden architecture buildings in the center of Krasnoyarsk.

The unique architecture of the monument reflects the character of folk carpentry: proportionality, impressive volumes, thoroughness and rigor. Wallpaper on the walls, recreated from archival photos and found fragments, refined classic interior create an atmosphere of prestige, elegance and comfort.

The following offices are located on 2 floors in the halls of the premises:

• small meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 8 people, an area of 29 m²;
• offices for working meetings of up to 2 people, area 14.9 m²;
• meeting rooms for up to 3 people, area 22.8 m²;
• spacious offices for up to 8 people, area 46.1 m²;
• large meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 10 people, an area of 45,2 m².

The offices have waiting rooms and rest rooms with an area of 18.6 m².

The office center on each floor has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary modern appliances. The kitchen area is 13.8 m².
